Wild Foraging Tour at Pacific Spirit Park

Forager Foundation offers a series of guided hikes led by ethnobotanists and local indigenous leaders to teach participants about the history and significance of a variety of plant species. Over the course of the hike there will be chances to learn from experts the best ways to use plants we encounter.

Pacific Spirits Park and MOA Tour
Take in the sites of Pacific Spirit Park while being led by one of our experts on an ethnobotanical journey introducing you to the vast range of edible and medicinal plants that grow on the south coast of British Columbia. The tour will then take you to MOA where you will explore the culture diversity of the south coast and BC as a whole. This tour includes lunch at the Museum Café and refreshments during the walk that incorporate some of the plants you see on the tour.

Meet at 11:00am on the day of the tour outside near the main entrance of the Museum. The tour starts at 11:00 am on the day of, rain or shine! Please dress appropriately as some paths can be mucky even on dry days. Children under 9 years old are free of charge when accompanied by an adult. If you have any questions, please contact Forager Foundation.

Tour is $60 including lunch and museum admission. MOA Members enjoy a 20% discount when using code PJ4BV3H at checkout.
