Curatorial Tour of Culture at the Centre
Wednesday June 13, 2018 | 3 – 4 pm
Join us for a special tour of the unprecedented exhibition Culture at the Centre, led by visiting curators Alison Pascal, from the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre, and Stephanie Halapija, from the Nisga’a Museum.
Alison and Stephanie will speak to the exhibition’s themes of land, language, continuity, reconciliation and repatriation while offering insight into the important work of Indigenous-run cultural centres and museums in British Columbia.
