Kids Takeover UBC at MOA
Sunday February 17, 2019 | 12 – 5 pm
Step aside, grown-ups — the kids are in charge at this awesome arts festival happening across the UBC campus. Celebrate the Family Day weekend by bringing your entire family to MOA. It’s a day for kids and youth to take on meaningful roles, working alongside staff and volunteers to participate in the life of arts and culture.
It’s a day of museum fun for the whole family at MOA, where kids and youth can take part and take the lead! Enjoy tours and discussion panels led by youth; get grooving with music and movement workshops, and learn about conservation with hands-on activities. Discover fun activities throughout the Museum all afternoon!
The event is open to youth of all ages. Kids under 12 should be accompanied by an adult. The event is free with museum admission, or with the Kids Take Over UBC all-access family pass.
