Sankofa Live: A Guided Online Tour for Teens + Tweens

The Vancouver Public Library presents a special guided, live-stream tour for teens and tweens of Sankofa: African Routes, Canadian Roots in celebration of Black History Month.
Featuring historical and contemporary works by African and Black Canadian artists and objects in MOA’s collection, Sankofa: African Routes, Canadian Roots shares stories, histories and projects of African and Black affirmation. In particular, it draws connections to historical contributions and the growing vitality of Black Canadians in Vancouver.
For tweens and teens. School groups welcome, best suited for Grades 6-10.
