Slow Fashion Show at MOA

Join MOA for the culmination of Slow Fashion Season 2025 featuring a Slow Fashion Show in the Great Hall.
Slow Fashion Season 2025 is a set of public and student-oriented activities based at UBC aimed at changing behaviours around textile waste and fashion consumption, by mounting inspiring events that showcase sustainable and regenerative fashion and textile initiatives.
This first edition of Slow Fashion Season includes a student Slow Fashion design challenge, workshops on campus, a knowledge exchange on sustainable clothing, an exhibition of winning clothing designs by professional designers and artists, selections from the student sustainable fashion design challenge, and a poster exhibition about sustainable fashion and textile research initiatives. The event culminates with a Slow Fashion Show in MOA’s Great Hall.
Arrive early for the best seats. Museum admission is 50% off on Thursday nights from 5 pm onwards.
