MOA is an accessible building for wheelchair users and visitors using mobility scooters. The Museum and gallery spaces are located on one floor with step-free access throughout most areas. There are some inclines within the Museum that some visitors who use wheelchairs or have mobility challenges may find difficult to navigate. Alternate accessible routes through the Museum are marked on the Museum map and on wayfinding signs throughout the building.

Accessibility features at MOA include:

• Three wheelchairs available to borrow free of charge
• Accessible washrooms
• Seating throughout the Museum, including collapsible gallery chairs available for visitor use
• Three accessible parking spaces in front of the Museum (paid parking)

MOA participates in the Access 2 Card program and offers free admission to one support person accompanying the cardholder.
