Self-Guided Groups

Groups of various sizes can book self-guided visits to explore the Museum without a guided tour. Groups of 10 or more people receive special rates, when booked in advance.

To book a self-guided visit for your group, please contact MOA Bookings at bookings@moa.ubc.ca. Please provide the following information in your email:

• Preferred date of visit
• Preferred time of visit
• Number of people in your group: Adults, Seniors, Students, Youth, Indigenous (free)
• Contact name
• Company name, if applicable
• Contact phone number and email

We will respond to your booking request within two business days.

Self-Guided School Groups

School groups (K–12) of various sizes can pre-book a timed-entry, self-guided visit to explore the Museum without a guided tour. From September to June, groups of 10 or more students (K–12) receive a discounted rate of $8/student (in July and August, the group rate is $12/student). Adult supervisors receive free museum admission.

Private Tours with MOA Guides

MOA is now accepting requests for private tours with MOA guides, for tours until August 31, 2026. Tours are available Monday through Friday during regular museum hours. Private tours can accommodate up to 15 people maximum.

Duration: approx. 45 min
Fee: $200 + taxes, plus group admission per guest

To request a private tour for your group, please contact MOA Bookings at bookings@moa.ubc.ca, with minimum two weeks’ notice. Please provide the following information in your email:
